Two files. The first is the field book itself, laid out to print and fold. The second is the same content in normal reading order, for screens or for deciding what you're getting into before you commit paper to it.
Print the fold sheet single-sided, fold it into eight panels, and start on the first day of your next bleed. You don't need to know your cycle length yet. That's the thing the first month tells you.
If either file gives you trouble, reply to the receipt email and I'll sort it out.
