Consulting, Speaking & Collaboration

Through Groundtruth 911, I offer independent NG9-1-1 and public-safety GIS advisory work. My background includes municipal data workflows, user support, product requirements, and GIS data quality. Research, writing, and tool-building collaborations are considered by scope and fit.

I’m also available for interviews and speaking about public-safety technology, mapping, and using public records to examine local systems. My media and speaking page has biographies, topics, and selected work.
